Welcome to the Progressive Murder Mystery WebSite
You are invited to listen to our Murder Mystery Podcasts. Why are they progressive? Because each week you will be invited to listen to a different account of the same story. Is it about one Villain and ten Victims, or ten Villains and one Victim? You can decide which version is the more plausible.
Series 1 – Who Killed Donald T. Johnson?
First, we invented a villain – a wealthy celebrity who uses and abuses people for his own gain and pleasure.
Then, we invited a group of scriptwriters from around the world to write one episode each of an audio drama, where they invent a victim, who will, in turn, murder Donald T. Johnson. But it will be up to you, the listener, to decide if their protagonist is the true killer. Donald Terence Johnson has been a high-profile celebrity for a number of decades. During that time he has been:
Wealthy – Yes
Charismatic – Yes,
Intelligent – Yes.
Powerful, Ruthless, and Corrupt – Yes.
Is he based on anyone you know? Probably.
Sometime around May 18th, 2018, while attending the festivities for The Royal Wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, he was murdered, and ten people have come forward to admit to the killing. Why? Each one gives an excellent reason, but it is up to you to decide which one is telling the truth.
Over the period of twelve weeks, you can follow DTJ’s life over the last 50 years and meet the people he has affected, and whose lives are now in ruins. But one of them – or all of them – has finally got their revenge.
